Four years ago, The Baked Dane started as a hobby on a maternity leave out of a home kitchen. It very quickly took speed and today The Baked Dane is an epic team of 6 and is operated in what used to be the granny flat on owner Lisa Brink’s rural property.

Dessert Knækbrød - The Original Knækbrød was what started The Baked Dane’s journey with 4 years ago. To create a sweet alternative to the flavour packed rage, the Original Knækbrød was used as a base then a layer of toffee and dark chocolate added on top before sprinkled it with sea salt. Nothing less than sensational!
