Privately owned an operated by Pitmaster Bob Baistow since 2018 is available for functions and festivals.
We are based in Masterton at the Mahunga Golf Club in the sunny Wairarapa, a stones throw from Wellington.
Our cuisine is a balance of simple flavor's put together in proportion to enhance the experience.
We are offering our tender and flavorsome Beef Brisket and Pulled Pork Butt carefully cooked and served in either:
$15 - In a fresh Ciabatta bun
$15 - Or in a Open Wrap
$15 - Or on a Smashed potato drizzled with melted butter and salted.
All of our meals contain Fresh Slaws, Pickles, Tomato, dressed with a selection of sauces and fresh herb.
$30 - Our ALPHA MEAL offers all of the combinations in one box including BOTH Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Smashed Spud, Fresh Bread roll and of course all the Slaws, Pickles and Dressings.
We are ECO conscious and use recycled BIO packaging which we heat brand.
Our succulent slow cooked beef brisket has the unique flavor combination of smoke, tenderness and texture. We add a quantity of fresh slaw, fresh hand cut pickle (olive and butter cucumber), hand cut fresh tomato with just the right amount of Hickory sauce, garlic aioli and garnish with cut parsley. YUM
