Angel Bay brings you a range of quality, homestyle products made from 100% New Zealand Beef and Lamb that are succulent, mouth wateringly good and packed full of flavour, giving you the opportunity to serve restaurant quality food to your friends and family in the comfort of your own home.
We will be sampling our new Limited Edition Jamaican Jerk BBQ Brisket Burger Patties along with some of our old favourites. Our New Limited Edition patties were create din partnership with no other than Celebrity Chef Jax Hamilton.

These Jamaican Jerk BBQ Brisket patties are a spicy, smoky every day delicious treat that is best shared. 'Wondering what Jerk is, Jax says “Jerk is in your DNA. When you grow up in a Jamaican household you always have some in the fridge. Every Jamaican household has its own. You can have a sauce which is wet or you can have a seasoning which is dry.” And we are on a mission to share this with you New Zealand.
