With the second series of Eat Well for Less just launched on TV One, Ganesh has a passion for sharing fabulous, tasty ideas to feed 4 for less than $20. His YouTube channel, The Humble Yum Yum is a source of new and fun global dishes with the focus on having fun and breaking the ‘food rules’. This year Ganesh is cooking us kimchi mac & cheese, interracial chicken katsudon and cauliflower steak with spinach rice and capsicum sauce.

Ruth Pretty - Legendary ginger loaf

We are delighted that Ruth is taking time off from her busy house and kitchen in Te Haro, to share with us her high tea inspired recipes. Ruth’s ginger loaf has been a Kiwi icon since the 90s and the legend lives on. Not only is it a loaf, you can also use this recipe to create the best ever French toast, Eton mess, ginger crisps and to-die-for ginger kisses.

Writer, television presenter, cooking teacher and culinary tour host, Peta Mathias will be teaching Provencale recipes from her cooking school the south of France, Uzès.  Expect dishes to be strong in flavour and scent which comes from the Romans so you will learn dishes like saussoun (mint, almond & anchovy pesto) and sunshine tart.
