La Panzanella began more than two decades ago at the La Panzanella Bakery & Deli, a bustling neighborhood café in Seattle. It was there they first baked their crackers following the Italian tradition of using fresh local ingredients and named them Croccantini®, which means “crunchy little bite” in Italian.

Croccantini® are reminiscent of flatbread, and are meant to be broken by hand and shared with love. They come in an array of epicurean flavours and are ideal for any occasion.
