Every recipe has been thoughtfully created by our Head Chef Tadayuki, who has
over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

When creating our meals, we always include top-quality products and source as
many of our ingredients from New Zealand suppliers as possible. This includes
our protein. We use Black Origin Wagyu and Whitehart Kurobuta, which both have
known health benefits compared to other meats.
