We are delighted that Ruth is taking time off from her busy house and kitchen in Te Horo, to share with us her high tea inspired recipes. Ruth’s ginger loaf has been a Kiwi icon since the 90s and the legend lives on. Not only is it a loaf, you can also use this recipe to create the best ever French toast, Eton mess, ginger crisps and to-die-for ginger kisses.
