What ticket shall I buy?

Can I buy a ticket at the gate?

Yes, you can purchase your tickets either online or at the gate. We recommend you buy your tickets online because you can skip the ticket queue at the event.

 

How do I register my ticket?

If you buy your tickets online you can complete the registration form on checkout. If you buy your tickets at the gate, simply register your ticket at the iPad stations at the show entrance.

 

Why should I register my ticket?

We encourage you to register your tickets to The Auckland Food Show to assist with contact tracing if necessary. By completing the registration form you will go in the draw to win a trip for two to Utah! Plus, you’ll be able to scan your registered ticket at many exhibitor stands for more chances to win great prizes.  

 

Do I need to print my ticket?

There’s no need to print your tickets. Simply have your tickets on your mobile phone ready to scan on entry.

 

Can I get my ticket resent to me?

Yes, no problem. Simply complete the form here.

 

What day can I use my ticket for?

If you have purchased a Preview Day ticket, you can use your ticket on Thursday, Preview Day. If you have a General Entry ticket, you can use this on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

 

Do children need tickets?

Yes, all children aged 6-12 require a Child Ticket. Children 5 years and under are FREE and do not require a ticket to The Food Show.

 

I'm a senior, do I get a senior discount?

Yes, on Seniors' Day (Friday only) you can get entry to The Food Show for just $24. Thursday, Saturday and Sunday however is full price.

What if I want to come on more than one day?

That’s great! You will need to purchase another ticket to return on another day.

 

I can no longer come, can I give my ticket to someone else?

Yes, tickets are transferable to any other person. Just make sure they update their registration details at the iPad stations at the show entrance. This is essential for contact tracing.

 

I have flu-like symptoms, can I still attend?

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, we recommend you stay at home. If you cannot attend The Food Show due to being sick or having to isolate, you will receive a ticket refund (excluding transaction fees and a $2 refund fee).

How much is parking?

Parking is controlled by ASB Showgrounds, not us as organisers. For more information on parking prices and how to get there, click here


 

GENERAL INFO

 

What time does the The Food Show open?

The Food Show opens at 10am and closes at 5pm Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Friday night is a late night and closes at 9pm.

 

Cash or Eftpos?

Most exhibitors will have Eftpos available at The Food Show and we recommend using Eftpos where available. There is also an ATM at ASB Showgrounds should you need cash.  

 

Does my ticket include the NEFF Cooking Theatre?

Yes! They are free to attend and included in your entry ticket.

 

I have pre-purchased merchandise, where do I collect this from?

If you have pre-purchased merchandise with your ticket, pick this up from the merchandise booth by showing your merchandise ticket at the show (different to your entry ticket). If you haven't bought your Food Show merchandise yet, you can purchase at the show.

 

Are you taking extra safety precautions for Covid-19?

Yes, we certainly are. The health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors and staff is paramount. Our robust plan includes contact tracing via ticket registration, increased surface cleaning, masks available on request, increased paramedic responders onsite and more.
