The taste and life-giving properties of the cacao bean have been known and enjoyed for millenia, but rather than adding sugar to the cacao bean, Kapakapa blends it with another ancient super-food - the carob pod. These ingredients are full of goodness and give a delicious, rich, bitter-sweet flavour, without added sugar or sweeteners.

At Kapakapa, we wanted to make a simple, real food. Kapakapa is made from four basic ingredients only: carob, cocoa, cacao liquor and water. Our taste comes solely from these quality ingredients, not flavourings, and careful processing means we do not need to use preservatives. Using fair-trade, organically grown ingredients, we combine the best flavours and traditions of Mesoamerica and the Eastern Mediterranean to bring you the one and only Kapakapa
