Raised in the fast, ice-cold glacial waters of Aoraki/Mt Cook, creating a fish that is known for its clean taste and delicate texture. Our skilled artisans smoke this special fish using a Scottish inspired recipe that carefully blends, salt, black rum, golden syrup and oak wood smoke. The result is a perfectly balance smoked salmon, with a delicately sweet, smoky taste and distinctive texture.
