Gather with us at the bach to talk recipes crafted from the bounty of the Coromandel landscapes, share time with friends while learning the art of shucking and filleting. By flickering flame and sizzling barbecue, a simple wooden table sets the scene for real food that nourishes the appetite after a day in the bush and sea. Make our Coromandel bach yours and explore shelves filled with marinades and preserves free from chemicals and preservatives, made only from the organic bounty of the Coromandel. In an era of readymade, where through necessity of a busy life we find ourselves handing the creative art of food choice and prep to others, the bach is a place to sizzle as chef, hunter and provider.
We're offering food lovers the chance to win a dream food tour of The Coromandel, taking in some of our finest cuisine from the land and sea, over a custom-made weekend.
