At Aoraki Smokehouse, we know that care and patience are needed to create a smoked product that’s rich and decadent, but not overwhelming.

Our Freshwater King Salmon salmon is gently smoked with oak wood chips and a scottish inspired method. This enhances the flavour with a sweet smokey layer, without distracting from the original qualities of the fish.
