- 1 pack of Ghiotti L'autentico prosciutto
- fresh goat's milk cheese (caprino)
- truffle oil
- salt and black pepper
Place the caprino in a bowl.
Add truffle oil, salt and pepper to taste. Put a small heap of mixture on one end of a slice of L'autentico Prosciutto and roll into a cylinder.
Arrange on a dish and decorate with a few leaves of micro herbs.
