Sushi of L’autentico Prosciutto and Goat’s Milk Cheese


  • 1 pack of Ghiotti L'autentico prosciutto
  • fresh goat's milk cheese (caprino)
  • truffle oil
  • salt and black pepper


Place the caprino in a bowl.

Add truffle oil, salt and pepper to taste. Put a small heap of mixture on one end of a slice of L'autentico Prosciutto and roll into a cylinder.

Arrange on a dish and decorate with a few leaves of micro herbs.
