Spaghetti and Roasted Garlic Seed Pesto


  • 1/2 cup of Something to Crow About Mild Garlic Roasted Seed Mix
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 350g spinach
  • 1 large bunch basil
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Zest of a lemon
  • Spaghetti for 4


Bring back a touch of summer with Spaghetti and Roasted Garlic Seed Pesto. Use Something to Crow Abouts Mild garlic Seed Roasted Mix instead of the usual pine nuts for an easy and tasty pesto..  

Pop spinach into a large bowl and pour boiling water over the top to wilt. Allow to cool. Place the remaining ingredients into a food processor and blend to a chunky consistency.  Cook spaghetti and mix pesto through. Serve with beans, tomatoes a scattering of parmesan and extra roasted seeds. Enjoy!
