Saffron Beurre Blanc

Ingredients

20ml saffron reduction

60ml cream

6 saffron threads

300g butter, cubed

salt

Method

In a pot over a medium heat, combine saffron reduction and cream and reduce by half.

On a low heat, add saffron threads then slowly add in butter while constantly whisking. Season and store.
