- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Dash of water
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Kavita's Kitchen Rogan Josh curry paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp tomato paste
Dipping sauce of choice to serve (e.g sweet chilli, mint yoghurt, etc)
