Probiotic Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • Lime juice
  • ½ - 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 3 tbsp coriander
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • Pinch of salt

Method

1. Lightly smash the avocados with a fork.

2. Add lime, sauerkraut, coriander, onion, garlic and tomato. Gently combine.

3. Season with salt.
