Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- Lime juice
- ½ - 1 cup sauerkraut
- 3 tbsp coriander
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- Pinch of salt
Method
1. Lightly smash the avocados with a fork.
2. Add lime, sauerkraut, coriander, onion, garlic and tomato. Gently combine.
3. Season with salt.
