PORTIONS
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 pears, diced
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ¾ cup coconut chips
- 1 ½ cups plant based or dairy milk
- 2 tsp matcha powder

Method
Heat the coconut oil in a medium sized pot.
Once the coconut oil is melted, add the chopped pear, banana, honey, cinnamon + ginger. Cook the pear and banana for 5mins, or until the fruit is nicely caramelised and slightly softened.
Add the rolled oats, coconut chips, milk + matcha powder. Stir until everything is well combined and cook over a medium heat for 3-5mins.
Serve warm or cold. We love topping it with coconut yoghurt, goji berries + hemp seeds.
Any leftovers will keep in an airtight container for up to 6 days.
