Ingredients
250g fresh berries (raspberry, blueberry and blackberry)
200g plain coconut yoghurt
4 tsp maple syrup
1 cup Something to Crow About Macadamia Otago Honey & Nuts Muesli
Method
In a Mason jar, spoon in a layer of berries, top with a layer of yoghurt, drizzle with maple syrup then sprinkle over muesli. Continue layering until your jar is full.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Seal the lid and store in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy.
