La Costeña Prawn Tacos


2 King Prawns peeled and halved lengthways

½ cup Breadcrumbs

2 Tbsp. Flour

1 Egg

¼ Cup La Costeña Jalapeño Hot Sauce

1 cup Mayonnaise

4 Flour Tortillas

Chopped Lettuce


Cover shrimps with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until crispy and brown. Dry on paper towel.  Blend the mayonnaise and La Costeña Jalapeño Hot Sauce. Heat tortillas and fill them with lettuce, the prepared shrimps and the delicious Jalapeño mayonnaise.
