Korean Grilled Chicken


  • 6 Chicken Thighs (boneless)
  • 1 cup Gochujang sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 8 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoons fresh ginger root (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Mix the gochujang, soy, honey, garlic, sesame, ginger and oil in a bowl

Marinate the chicken in the glaze. Set aside for at least 30 mins

Heat a grill or BBQ to at least 200 Deg

Remove the chicken from the marinade. Put the marinade aside. You will it to glaze the chicken as it cooks.

Grill the chicken, turning it to make sure it does not burn. You want it to just burn so you have crispy edges.
