Indian Pumpkin and Vanilla Dip


  • ½ cup roasted pumpkin, skin removed and chopped
  • 125g cream cheese
  • seeds of 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 Tbsp Simon Gault Home Cuisine Indian seasoning (or ¼ tsp ground ginger, ¼ tsp
  • smoked paprika, ¼ tsp turmeric)
  • salt


Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.

Season with salt to taste.
