- ½ cup roasted pumpkin, skin removed and chopped
- 125g cream cheese
- seeds of 1 vanilla pod
- 1 Tbsp Simon Gault Home Cuisine Indian seasoning (or ¼ tsp ground ginger, ¼ tsp
- smoked paprika, ¼ tsp turmeric)
Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
Season with salt to taste.
