Ham and Pineapple Muffin Pizzas




  • 4 english muffins, split
  • 1/4 cup Mutti Pizza Sauce
  • 200g sliced leg ham
  • 4 thin slices fresh pineapple, cored and cut into 1.5cm chunks
  • 2/3 cup grated tasty Emmental cheese
  • Torn fresh basil leaves (optional)


Preheat grill.

Grill muffins on both sides.

Place muffins, cut side up, on an oven tray.

Spread each muffin with 1 heaped tsp of Mutti Pizza Sauce. Top with ham, pineapple and cheese.

Grill until warmed through and cheese melted.
