- 4 english muffins, split
- 1/4 cup Mutti Pizza Sauce
- 200g sliced leg ham
- 4 thin slices fresh pineapple, cored and cut into 1.5cm chunks
- 2/3 cup grated tasty Emmental cheese
- Torn fresh basil leaves (optional)
Grill muffins on both sides.
Place muffins, cut side up, on an oven tray.
Spread each muffin with 1 heaped tsp of Mutti Pizza Sauce. Top with ham, pineapple and cheese.
Grill until warmed through and cheese melted.
