Halloumi and Avocado Burrito




  • 2 Farrah Wraps
  • 1 packet halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Salsa Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • ½ red onion, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


To make the salsa: In a bowl, mix together the tomato, red onion, coriander and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Fry the halloumi for 1 - 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Place half the halloumi slices in the middle of each wrap, top with half the avocado and salsa.

Fold up the bottom third, then fold over left side followed by the right side and continue rolling upwards from bottom until you have formed the burrito. The wrap edge should be face down.

Lightly toast the burrito in the sandwich press or fry pan.

Serve on a plate with a side of relish and salad.
