Grilled Scallops with Sweet Chilli Sauce and Creme Fraîche




  • 6 scallops, cleaned
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 100g crème fraîche
  • sweet chilli sauce


Drizzle the scallops with the sesame oil and season. Place on a chargrill or in a very hot pan and cook for 1 minute, or until just cooked.

Place a scallop in a Chinese spoon. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce then add a small dollop of crème fraîche on top.
