Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup J. Friend and Co Manuka Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup each rolled oats, rice bubbles
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, chocolate chips, dried fruit

Method

Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.

Roll the mixture into golf ball sized shapes.

Store the balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
