Ingredients
4 Marcel’s Ooh La La Gluten-Free Crepes (find in your supermarket’s freezer section)
2 Riverside Farm Duck Breasts confit-style, cooked as per packet instructions
Handful of coriander leaves
1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced into long strips
1 spring onion, sliced diagonally
1 cup bean sprouts
4 – 6 TBS hoisin sauce, warmed through
Method
Cook duck as per packet instructions.
Slice and prepare all vegetables.
Warm hoisin sauce.
Warm crepes, as per packet instructions.
Assemble all ingredients in the centre of crepe, roll up and enjoy!
