Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/3 cup Kewpie mayo
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut water
- juice of 1 lime
Coleslaw
- ¼ white cabbage, shredded
- ¼ red cabbage shredded
- ½ cup corn kernels
- ½ bunch coriander
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
Method
Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Combine all coleslaw ingredients in a bowl and mix with dressing.
Season to taste.
Serving suggestion - Serve on the side of Smokey Ribs.
