Black Bean Mollete

Ingredients

1 French Stick

150g La Costeña Refried Black Beans

120g Shredded Bacon, fried and drained

100g Grated Mozzarella

45g Butter

20g La Costeña Nacho Sliced Jalapeños

20g Chopped Fresh Coriander

150g La Costeña Home Style Sauce

50g Chopped Mango (optional)

Salt to taste

Method

Cook refried beans and bacon in butter for two to three minutes. Cut French stick in half. Spread bean mixture on each half and top with Mozzarella. Place in preheated oven at 200c for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with home style sauce and coriander. Add mango to sauce if desired.
