Aoraki Wholegrain Mustard & Mānuka Honey Hot Smoked Portion
- 4 x Slices of sandwich bread with crusts off (or any bread or wrap)
- 2 x Boiled eggs
- 1 x Tbsp mayonnaise (or yoghurt or sour cream)
- 2 x Large radishes sliced
- ½ x Cucumber sliced
- 10 x stalks of chives
- 1 x roasted capsicum (or olives, capers or any other deli garnishes)
Mash the boiled eggs with the mayonnaise and season.
Spread the egg mix lightly over the bread slices and cut corner to corner.
Lightly layer on the other garnishes and top with Aoraki Honey Mustard Hot Smoked Salmon.
Make a cup of Darjeeling tea and enjoy!
