Amazing Banana Pancakes

  • 2 banana’s (the riper they are the sweeter your pancakes will be)

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 2 Tbsps of coconut oil

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 -2 Tbsps coconut oil for greasing pan


Place all the ingredients in the food processor & whizz on high until the ingredients are blended & smooth.

On the stove top, heat a pan on medium & coat the pan with a dollop of coconut oil.

Pour in a small amount of batter to make a round pancake.

Carefully flip the pancake once the edges start to look cooked.

Continue until all the batter is made into pancakes.

Serve with fresh banana, kiwi fruit & natural maple syrup.
