IPA battered scallops and Doris Plum Cider cheesecake are on the menu when chef Jordan Adam (Grill Meats Beer) showcases some of the delicious ways beer and cider can be used in cooking. In a collaboration with Hamilton-based Good George Brewing, Jordan will demonstrate how he uses two of their most popular brews in his tasty recipes. Alongside Jordan will be one of the Good George team sharing insights into the brews, their flavour profiles, and how and why they work well in and match with the dishes.
