The Damson Collection

New Zealand's largest grower of Damson Plums.

Our award winning products are
- Handmade, traditional and authentic
- 100% NZ fruit from our own Hawkes Bay orchards

Every year the collection increases as we bring out new products for you to enjoy. This year we will have Damson Plum Toffees to savour, a Spicy Damson Plum Sauce, and Damson Plum Powder for that extra punch of flavour in your cooking!

Don't forget our old favourites, vinaigrette for your salad in the spritzer, paste for your blue cheese and especially the chocolates that explode as you eat them.

Damson Plum Sauce

Our Damson Plum Sauce was made with ginger lovers in mind. It has the same Damson Plum flavour and vibrant colour as our other products, but this one is special. No need for sweet chilli sauce anymore, this replaces it and some.

Damson Plum Dressing

You've asked for it and now we have come up with a delightful dressing using our own Damson Plum Vinaigrette. Combined with Canola Oil and Spices this easy to use product is a great addition to any salad.

Damson Plum Powder

One of our latest product is a freeze dried Damson Plum Powder. This is perfect to use as an ingredient and brings the Damson Plum Flavour and vibrant colour to whatever you choose to make with it.
