Simon enjoys sharing his boundless enthusiasm for food, letting people experience food in a different way and getting people excited to get back into the kitchen and giving it a go.
He'll show you how you can cook like a MasterChef at home with a gorgeous three-course meal starting with a fillet of flounder with fennel puree and saffron butter sauce, followed with chicken breast encasing semidried tomato with a turmeric corn sauce, and finished off with roasted white chocolate ice cream. Sounds sensational!

Simon is one of New Zealand’s most well-respected restaurateurs and chefs. With an ethos that focuses on using high quality products carefully sourced from all over the world, he is passionate about good food and quality produce. As an industry leader Simon has proved himself to be a true artist and innovator, continually pushing new boundaries in the food industry.

Well-known for his restaurant, Giraffe in Auckland’s viaduct, as a popular television personality having spent years as a New Zealand Masterchef judge, and his Home Cuisine range available in supermarkets, Simon is looking forward to showing you how to introduce a little bit of magic to your kitchen.
