Miso is one of Japan's traditional fermented foods.

Our Miso is hand crafted with traditional method in sunny Nelson by Takehito MAEDA who is Japanese and has been chef for more than 15 years in Japan and New Zealand and uses quality ingredients:
soy beans from Motueka, natural sea salt from Blenheim, Koji (a type of mold for making Sake), and rice. Our Miso is then fermented for 6months. We believe that first Miso manufacture in New Zealand.

Miso is a versatile condiment that you can use for soups, stir fries, marinades, dips, and dressings.
