Paneton Bakery are producers of an innovative frozen range of ‘Ready To Rise’ Croissants and Pain Au Chocolat and a unique range of ‘Ready To Bake’ Danishes and Breads.

The Paneton story is one of a love of good food, a love of French culture and the desire to share this with others. Started in Auckland in 1986 by Frenchman Dominique Colombie, Paneton has grown and changed over the years. In recent times Paneton has become the first small French bakery in New Zealand to produce a top quality butter croissant, frozen for customers to take home, proof and bake themselves. Customers can choose from plain or chocolate croissants which are perfect for that special breakfast.

The ‘Ready To Bake’ Danishes provide a convenient, quick option for any occasion. Varieties are both savoury and sweet. Direct from the freezer to the oven and baked in 15 minutes.

Our latest product is a 'Ready To Use' range of pastry (sweet, savoury and flaky).
