Our mission is simple: to produce fresh, flavourful beers using the finest ingredients from the planet. We use the best of both old and new brewing techniques. Ohh and hops, lots of hops!

Beer is made up of over 90% water & has long been recognised as an important brewing ingredient. Our water source is from New Zealand's 2nd largest aquifer. This is amazing quality of water pureness. It's also very hard as well, which is needed for American & English Ales that we specialise in.

We only use the best quality grains we can get a hold of. German Wyermann & Belgian Dingemans malts for European styles, including Pilsner & Belgian beers. U.K Thomas Fawcett floor malted grains are used for English and American Ales. NZ Gladfield malt is used for specialty malts.
