Good Chow NZ is based in the sunny Hawkes Bay.
Over the past years, we have developed, refined and perfected our secret recipe for Good Chow Paua Sauce, which is a savoury seafood paste made from New Zealand's blackfoot paua, dried scallops and dried shrimps.
Aside from our New Zealand made delicacies, Good Chow NZ is also proud to launch our own soy dipping sauce, made from non-GMO soybeans, fermented under the sun for 100 days. The naturally derived flavour enhances the tastes of your dishes. Perfect companion for sashimi, tempura, meat, poultry, seafood & vegetables.
