Gathered Game X Wild Venison Salami

Gathered Game is a family artisan producer based in Southland that handcrafts premium wild venison salami and deer sticks, naturally cured the traditional old fashioned way. The result is deep fine flavours and a firm yet delicate texture that cannot be imitated.

While other salami’s are cooked or smoked, Gathered Game uses a traditional dry ageing process adds a depth of flavor like no other.
Produced and sourced locally, all Gathered Game products use natural ingredients: wild venison meat mixed with herbs, spices and a touch of free range NZ pork fat. They are gluten free, dairy free and wild organic – no hormones, anti-biotics or artificial feed as the deer are not farmed. Venison is a nutrient dense super meat, high in protein, rich in iron and low in fat.

WILD ARTISAN PRODUCE HAMPER

We have selected our favorite products from the Christchurch Food Show Artisan Village for our Wild Hamper Draw. To enter, simply drop your business card in the box or fill out an entry form located at the Gathered Game stand. Then Like, Follow and Share our social page on Facebook and/or Instagram for a chance to win. The winner will be drawn randomly at the close of the show on Sunday 9th April 2017. Good Luck.

Terms and Conditions 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid. 2. Entry is open to natural persons who are residents of New Zealand and living in New Zealand ("Eligible Entrant"). Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The promotion commences Friday 7 April 2017 & closes at 4pm on Sunday 9 April 2017 ("Promotion Period"). 3. To enter, simply drop your business card in the box or fill out an entry form. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude late, lost, incomplete, incomprehensive or damaged entries and accepts no responsibility for such entries. 5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process. 6. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the Prize Draw for which the entry is submitted. 7. There is one Prize Hampers to be won at the show. 9. A prize draw will be made at 4pm on Sunday 9 April 2017. The winners will be notified by phone & email afterwards. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited. 10. The winner will be notified by telephone & email. Each winner may be required to provide proof of identity (e.g. driver's licence or passport). 11. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. All components of a prize must be taken together. 12. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 13.
