As a nutritionist, the aim is to put aside all the hype, steer away from popular fad diets, and simply focus on the evidence.
Mikaela Battaerd and Helen Potter are two degree qualified nutritionists passionate in the belief that good health should be sustainable and achievable. They believe that health and wellness is not about reaching a target weight range, following the latest trend, magic solutions, or beating yourself up if things don’t go as planned. Their wish is to encourage a whole lifestyle change, one that can be maintained and is realistic, whilst focusing on a diet that works for the individual!
Consultations can be set up at a place most convenient to you. This could be at your home or ours, or even a local café. We also run healthy eating cooking classes.
