Developed by Moroccan-born chef Simo Abbari, the range of 4 Mediterranean Marinades are a wonderful blend of herbs & spices, matched to Chicken, Beef & Lamb, Fish and Vegetables. And if baking, use the marinade pan juices to make a wonderful jus.

And then there is even more flavour from the kitchen of Simo. An innovative range of truly amazing NZ citrus Zest products are an exciting addition to culinary cuisine.

Lemon Zest, Lemon & Coriander Zest, Orange Zest, and Orange & Cinnamon Zest provide intoxicating flavours to a wide range of dishes, from savoury, dressings, & sauces, through to baking and desserts.
