This mother of 2 is no stranger to the cooking scene. Landing an epic fourth place in the 4th season of MasterChef NZ, working for Tony Sassi’s Italian restaurant and setting up her own business, “Kitchen Without Boundaries”, Vanessa Baxter's infectious and adventurous personality spills over to the dishes she makes. Having been inspired from her own experiences in Europe and Asia, it is no surprise that her dishes are packed with flavor and life.
This Australian born is not only an amazing chef but is also an ambassador for Ronald McDonald House Auckland where she is often seen hosting cooking classes for kids and parents during their stay. Vanessa is definitely using her MasterChef experience, her knowledge of numerous cultures to spread her passion about food to everybody.
