Jen’s Cozinha; (Portuguese, pronounced [koo-zin-yha]) is simply, Jen’s Kitchen.  Jen's family comes from Goa, India which was a territory of Portugal from the early 1500s until early 1960s. Goan cuisine is a blend of India and Portugal.

Based in Christchurch, Jen continues with traditional methods of cooking using family recipes and that is what makes her products unique. People in New Zealand are becoming more adventurous with their culinary tastes and are loving this new experience of spice and flavours.

Jen's pickles and chutneys are so versatile, they go with everything - chicken, meats, fish or vegetables. Fantastic on cheese/antipasto platters, used as marinades or an accompaniment to any meal.

In addition to producing her range of pickles & chutneys, Jen also runs cooking classes and demonstrations.
