Family-owned and operated, Gibbston Valley is one of New Zealand's leading boutique wine producers. The winery is located about 25 minutes from Queesntown in Central Otago, the southernmost winemaking region in the world and offers a unique experience from vineyard to restaurant and their spectacular wine cave.

Gibbston Valley wines are distinct, thrilling representations of the Central Otago grape-growing region. They produce a range of premium varietals including pinot noir, chardonnay, rose, reisling, pinot gris, pinot blanc, gewürztraminer, method traditionelle and noble.

Gibbston Valley is certified sustainable and certified organic by BioGro New Zealand. Their winemakers employ traditional methods to handcraft their wines and showcase the rugged and beautiful landscape they call home.

The Gibbston Valley Winery Restaurant places strong emphasis on fresh local produce and ingredients, with the inherent belief that fine wines should be matched and enjoyed with great food.
