Fleur is a no-nonsense cook with a deep connection to New Zealand’s heritage and the rural landscape that surrounds her. As the founder of the legendary Olivers restaurant in Clyde and more recently Fleurs Place in Moeraki people flock from all corners of the globe to Moeraki to sample her simple, fresh food and soak up the atmosphere of her acclaimed restaurant.
She was made a Companion of the New Zealand order of Merit for her service to the New Zealand hospitality sector and has had a cook book and a biography published during her time in Moeraki.
Fleur is accompanied by Dougal her executive chef at Moeraki and they will be preparing some of their more popular dishes and sharing their passion for creating great food from everything the oceans provide for them.
