Chelsea Winter

Chelsea Winter

If you’re like Chelsea and love real food packed with real flavour, her fun and fresh demo in the NEFF Cooking Theatre is a must! Chelsea will show you how to create super tasty dishes using everyday ingredients like her Speedy Soy Salmon Parcels, Buttery Garlic Cabbage finished off with Trickery Ice Cream with Chocolate Crack Topping!

New Zealand’s favourite cookbook author is back! Bringing a dose of fun and freshness to the 2018 Food Shows, Chelsea's here to inspire scrumptious home cooking using everyday ingredients, without any fancy techniques. It's just real food with real flavour that gets people asking for seconds!

It seems New Zealanders just can't get enough of Chelsea's recipes - she's got five bestselling cookbooks under her belt and the latest one, 'EAT', was the top selling book in NZ for 2017! So what's her secret?

"I'm not hung up on food trends, or fancy expensive ingredients.  I have a laid-back, everyday approach to food. I like the idea of cooking and eating for happiness - not to try and be cool. And I want to make you look damn good in the kitchen, so I write recipes that sing!" - says Chelsea.

With Chelsea’s friendly guidance in cooking, tips and tricks, every kiwi can become a legend in their own kitchen.
