New Zealand's finest freshwater salmon straight from the heart of the Southern Alps. Grown in alpine waters which are glacial feed in the MacKenzie country. We produce exceptionally strong and healthy salmon which are naturally lower in fat and high in muscle due to the constant and consistent water flow they are swimming against.
At Aoraki Salmon we pride ourselves on producing a consistently high quality product year round in both our Fresh and Smoked products. We do this by using only the highest quality Chinook Salmon and traditional age-old Scottish smoking methods which has ensured our continued success and set us apart from our competitors.
We will be sampling our delicious Cold Smoked and Oak Roasted Salmon as well as Salmon Jerky.
All products are Gluten Free.
